1. Platform Role

Nanny Care is a connection platform — not an employment agency. We do not employ nannies, set their rates, or guarantee job placements. All arrangements (employment terms, rates, schedules) are made directly between families and nannies.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Nannies must submit a valid IC or passport for identity verification
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purposes
• Families are responsible for conducting their own interviews before hiring

3. Profile Screening

Nanny Care conducts basic identity and profile screening, including IC verification and qualifications review. This is a trust signal and does not constitute a legal guarantee. Families are strongly encouraged to conduct personal interviews and check references independently.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false identity documents or misrepresenting qualifications
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate communication
• Attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid fees or obligations
• Sharing another user's personal information without consent

5. Limitation of Liability

Nanny Care is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from arrangements made between families and nannies through the platform. We provide tools to facilitate connections — all hiring decisions are made solely by the parties involved.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent information, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the community.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
